We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased through our official webshop, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on your region and the specific terms of your order.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the delivery note is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
